What to do when you are caught up with so many things to do and lack of sleep?

Take a nap and then get back to it. 🙂 No really, there’s a fine line and balance of taking care of yourself. If you’re well rested, you’re more likely to have blocks simply disappear and get more done in less time. Many corporations in Europe now have mandatory “nap” (rest, meditation, etc.) time because studies have shown with a time of rest in the afternoon, performance levels peak and workers are more engaged, focused, and productive afterward. I’ve found this to be true in my own business as well. Happy writing! ~KJ

Hi Kristen! My problem is that I get so caught up in the other components of my writing business that by the time I sit down to actually write, I’m not as motivated (or just exhausted from the day). I’m going to work on breaking this cycle! It’s always helpful to hear about how other writers deal with writer’s block. Thanks for sharing!
